Brand new never used Tow Ready one bike rooftop carrier.
Length is multi-adjustable and two sizes of u-bolts are included to fit most roof-top cross bars. Vertical stabilizer bar rotates to any angle to attach to bike's tube frame. Two red straps secure wheels to rack. Rated to maximum 40 lbs.
