Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media posts for Castanet clients including content creation, community engagement, and paid advertising across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more.
- Monitor, analyze and report on performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs in coordinate with account managers
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social media and all digital advertising
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns
- Participate in client meetings and other business development activities
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of various social media advertising platforms
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Business manager
- Proven track record of managing successful social media accounts
- Experience with content creation, including copywriting, photography, and videography
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to inform marketing decisions
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in social media tools such as Meta Business Suite
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business
- Experience with content management systems like WordPress
Agency or professional experience, comfortable with SLAs and setting boundaries
- Experience onboarding new clients, comfortable with discovery, identifying opportunities
- Experience with strategy development and brand management, ability to tell a story
- Experience working with content management software as well as dropbox or similar
- Basic experience in graphic design and/or experience working with a graphics team
- Experience in online engagement, cataloguing FAQs
- Experience in advertising campaign planning, creation and execution
- Any further experience in marketing, SEO, paid advertising an asset
