Large shared house with open concept kitchen and living room, off of which is a private deck, private hot tub and shaded back yard with no grass to cut. In the front there is a large garden with raised beds, fruit trees and flowerbed.

Housemates are unmarried, friendly, open, outgoing people (3) and there is 3 small/medium dogs that roam around stealing socks and giving cuddles.

Available to rent is two bedrooms. They are both above ground and would share a bathroom with tub/shower. There is laundry on the same level and 2 living spaces with a kitchen separating them.

The first bedroom is a large one that has two east facing windows, 2 closets (bi-fold) and 10'+ ceiling. Located off of a relatively unused living room with flat screen TV, stand up desk and gas fireplace. $1000 all in.

If you are invited to view the place and drive like a punk through the neighbourhood, you will be asked to leave. Residential areas, especially near school zones, should have a speed limit of 30km/hr.

Easy access to bus system, being a brief walk to H20 bus loop.
