We are seeking a motivated, welcoming and experienced Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join our Kelowna team.

Main Responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner;
• Independently acting on inquiries from clients/ firm team members;
• Answering phones in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line phone system (routing calls to appropriate firm team member);
• Supporting the workflow of the firm, including organizing schedules, arranging appointments overseeing client communications and document exchange with clients;
• Handling a variety of administrative tasks as needed;
• Ensuring accurate and complete records management;
• Checking the office space daily to ensure it is presentable and in order;
• Maintaining inventory of office supplies; and
• Other tasks and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Strong customer or client service experience;
• 3 plus years’ of experience working in an administrative capacity;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Positive and upbeat demeanor;
• Ability to problem solve;
• Be a self-motivated team player;
• Produce high quality work with attention to detail;
• Adeptness in learning and understanding new software; and
• Experience working within a firm environment will be considered an asset (ex. law firm, accounting firm, etc.).

This is a full-time position that is eligible for extended health and dental benefits, flex days and participation in a shortened work week program in the summer months.

Standard hours of work will be 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. On occasion additional or amended hours may be required.
