Production Team Member

Probation: $18/hr, After: $19/hr,Comprehensive benefits package.

We are looking for an energetic individual to join our team.

Job requirements:
- Production work, which requires a certain level of physical strength.
- Organized, able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines.
- Driver's license required.
- Full time Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week. We are willing to be flexible with hours and schedules.
- Experience in a print shop and proficiency with office software and design tools (CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop) are considered assets, but not necessary, we will train the right applicant.

Compensation:
- Starting wage: $18 per hour during the 3-month probation period.
- Wage after probation: $19 per hour.
- Income growth: Your income will grow along with the company. Wage increases will always match or exceed the growth rate of the minimum wage, ensuring fair compensation as the company progresses.
