Motorized Lowering TV Wall Mount

New in original box. Wayfair online price is $575. Mount It - remote controlled - motorized up and down TV Wall Mount designed for to be used to mount a TV above a fireplace. The mount allows for remote power up and down, manual up to 25 degree left an right angle adjustment and up to 10 degree manual up and down tilt. Super versatile. When TV is raised it looks awesome with the new Frame TVs from Samsung or others. When the TV is lowered your TV looks so much bigger probably because it is about a foot closer than when it is in the raised position. The mount also has an excellent cable management system so if you are set up for it no cables are visible. Included in the photos is a QR link to the manufacturers web site which has a full description of the mount and how it can be used. We bought 2 but it turned out we only needed 1 so our mistake is your bonus!
This unit is new in the original box. The instructions are vague but I can provide help in that regard. Easy to mount once you get a clear understanding of how everything works. We absolutely love the one we have up.
