Maki, the aqua dog

Ahoy there,

I'm Maki, the aqua dog.

Rescued from abandonment in S Korea, I came to Canada. I'm a 9 yr old, 26 lb, Jack Russell/Beagle mix.

I love to bring the ball to you asking for playtime, as have a high energy level for my age. I adore wilderness walks.

I do need time to feel safe with my new family, then I'm a loving, joyful, snuggly boy. I often act like a puppy. I don't like being messed with during asleep, due to past trauma, but wake easily and am always happy to see you.

Oh and I love being on the lakes and ocean! I just love, Love, LOVE water. Hence, I'd make a great boating companion.
