An extremely rare opportunity to own a fully equipped coffee shop/restaurant with the ability to easily add a drive through is now available in West Kelowna.

The store is an end unit with highway exposure, ample parking and 90% of the infrastructure for a drive through is already in place including the curbed driveway access, pylon ordering system and all wiring. All that is needed is to add the drive through window and speakers.
The complex is anchored with 2 extremely popular national stores, a Winners and a Home Sense store as well as several other complimentary stores and services.
This area of West Kelowna has several subdivisions and many new rental apartment buildings within walking distance. There is also a new hotel nearing completion across from the mall.
There is ample parking for staff and customers, and much of the parking is situated within just a few meters of our handicapped enabled front door.

This store has operated for 5 years as part of a small local chain and as a result of the challenges that 2020 has presented, the owners have decided to downsize their business. The sale price includes all of the equipment (worth over $60,000), the beautiful leaseholds, furniture and patio. The patio was installed with the intention of one day being removed to revive the drive through, so it can be uninstalled and removed in a couple of days. The current owners will take care of the removal of the patio if the new owner chooses to open with a drive through.

This is a sale of the assets and location; the current lease will be sublet and/or a new lease will be negotiated with the landlord. The landlord has been notified of our intention to sell and will work with us and the new tenants to ensure a simple transfer. This is NOT a sale of the existing business.

The current signage will be removed, but the light boxes and infrastructure can be reused.
All of the equipment is less than 5 years old and has been professionally maintained.
If the new tenant wishes to purchase only the shell, the current tenants will arrange for all or some of the equipment to be removed, as required.
2019 sales were in excess of $550,000 with the current concept.
