Central Okanagan Elizabeth Fry Society is looking to fill the position of Indigenous Outreach Program Case Worker part of our Victim Service Team.

The Caseworker will provide culturally safe and trauma-informed services to Indigenous adults and children who have experienced sexual assault or abuse, or experienced or witnessed violence in a relationship, recent or historical. The caseworker will provide individual support, safety planning, advocacy, criminal and civil court accompaniment, assistance with necessary forms and referrals/information regarding other suitable services in the community.

 The successful candidate will have
- A Bachelor of Social Work, relevant BA, or equivalent experience and education.
- 2 years previous direct program experience with a demonstrated working knowledge of community-based programs, local First Nations and related provincial and community support systems, applicable legislation and policies.
