This is a Hydrocal Plaster (much better than plaster of pairs) Mold that was used to cast in a foundry a brass Marvin the Martian lawn ornament a few years ago. It is 15 .25 X 9.5 X 2 It can be cleaned up and painted. Or what ever you want to use it for. It has a faint staining residue on the surface but comes clean with a light touch from a 3M pad. Also, there are 3 anchors imbedded in back that can be used to mount it. The figure weights 8.56 lbs.
