Our business is based on providing the full mechanical installation in an organized professional manner.

Duties:

• Pre design of mechanical system on PDF plan prior to proposal submittal
• On Site mechanical system design in new residential homes under construction
• Quality First Heat loss calculations
• HVAC system design based on Quality First heat loss calculations
• HVAC system design using Quality First design software application
• Mechanical Ventilation Checklist submittal
• Ordering of all material
• Equipment Ordering
• Arranging delivery & pick up of material to site
• Ensuring accuracy & quality of installation after completion

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in new construction mechanical system design
• Quality First- Ventilation certified
• Quality First- Forced Air Guidelines certified
• Quality First – Heatloss/Heat Gain certified
• Well versed in computers and Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract is required
• Applicants must be Dependable, responsible, and punctual
