It also have a motor to rotate the rod for drying the exposy coating that you apply to all the windings. The epoxy coating can not sag to one side when the rod is being rotated it is distributed evenly, that's its purpose.
I made 3 rods with it and now it's not needed any more.
Use it to do repairs, new rods, or apply new epoxy coating the right way.
