we have a beautiful home we'd like to sell privately. It was our personal residence but turned rental (getting $4050/month plus utilities) leased till may 31st. we are willing to offer creative financing options. we can keep our current mortgage for several years giving the prospective buyer time to get financing, but would need 180k non refundable down payment with new buyer covering all costs. mortgae currently $3163, strata $225. Working in good faith if a yr extension is needed. we get it is hard to get in this market and want to provide options, we do just prefer to sell though.
