Customer Service Front Of House Manager
The Jammery is looking for a reliable outgoing customer service manager for our fast paced restaurant and gift shop. This position is year round full time day shifts only . The right candidate must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays. Wage is based on experience and will also include a cash tip out. Duties include but are not limited to,
Manage servers, hostesses and gift shop staff 5-12 people daily (Organize and assign work daily, deal with shift changes, employee absences ect.)
Ensure quality of food and service for customers
Communication with the kitchen staff
Keep a clean and organized work environment; manage quality of stock, inventory and equipment
Some HR, dealing with employees
Customer feedback and complaints
No scheduling but advise on staffing levels
Training new employees and employee feedback
Host and cleaning duties
Work in gift shop 2-8 hours a week (possible)

Past management or supervisory role an asset
Friendly, polite and punctual personality
Strong decision making skills
Great communications skills
Ability to multitask
