27’ Catalina, Blue Haven II, fast club racer and fully equipped for cruising the Gulf Islands and Desolation Sound for the summer. Hull, deck, transom, bulkheads, stringers and standing/running rigging well maintained and in great condition. Sail inventory includes standard main, jib, gennaker and 150% genoa. Hull sandblasted and epoxy coated on the Coast in 2007. New anti-foul painted bottom, rudder and topcoat polished in 2009.
Comfortable standing headroom interior, sleeps 5, California-style teak interior with teak table, newer fabric cushions, vanity, linen closet, hanging locker, 3 burner propane stove and oven, stainless sink, hot and cold running water, built-in icebox and fridge. Head is ceramic Jabsco flush with a 15 gallon holding tank with deck pump out and auxiliary macerator.
Also included is a Johnson 9.9 hp electric start engine serviced in 2009 with oversize 10 gallon gas tank, 9ft Livingstone dingy and motor, built-in GPS plotter and depth sounder, VHF Radio, compass, 4 lifejackets, Danforth anchor, 4 12V DC deep cycle batteries with charger and 1800 watt inverter, Magma BBQ on back rail, Force Ten 10,000 btu space heater inside.
